Appalling service as always at FNB Fordsburg as if we are dogs!!

Yesterday afternoon 6 April 2022, I was at FNB Fordsburg Branch to make a deposit, terrible the two ATMs were not working as always and on top of that, the one working swallowed my money.

When I went inside the branch it was so full and everyone was complaining of the same issue of the service being so bad and that no one has to wait for over an hour to have a form filled in and emailed.

The one lady working on the floor, her service is dismal to say the least and she does not know how to treat clients or their queries, someone needs to look into this, she is always walking up and down like a headless chicken not knowing who to assist.

The Head Office needs to something to make sure these ATMs are working and being serviced, otherwise replace them with new technology ATMs like Capitec and Nedbank ATMs.

I cannot wait 3 to 5 days for the money to be credited to my business account, its month end and I need to make payment to debtors as soon as possible.

Please jack up your service especially when it's month end like this we cannot be frustrated as if we are not valuable to the bank!!
