***** appalling service and staff

FNB is not carrying out their duties appropriate. After writing an email to them on Reversal of funds they promised to escalate issue and revert , instead they emailed me steps to be done but this was not the agreement .more over refused to pay me back R5000 that was cloned from my account while that incident should be covered by their insrance
