APPALLING SERVICE

FNB Home Loan section is very useless in providing assistance and yet they are quick deducting. They sent my wife an email indicating that the mortgage bond protection was never activated even though they are deducting its premium monthly. This morning, I engaged with Rosetta who transferred me to Twanano, from him Sindiswa, from her to Mbali, then Zisanda and thereafter Puseletso. None of them could assist, FNB can be so useless.
