Appalling Service

I am in Australia, trying to open my 3rd business account with FNB. Costing me thousands of rands in international calls to verify myself. Two weeks has gone, still no account. Phoned again today. No account has been opened. The agents on the chat promised me that someone will call me immediately. No call, and still waiting. I guess another bank would be of help since I will be moving millions in turnover to another bank.
