Appalling Service

The service I've received from FNB regarding issuing of new cards as for CCD couriers it's too disgusting. 1st card arrived she.couldnt get out her car and blatantly rude, next card sms received everyday but no card then you get a call after this going on for two weeks (card will deliver sometime within the next five days) wow know u must drop everything cancel Appointments because you must wait for CCD couriers who are doing you a favour. Don't phone them because they don't respond don't complain cause that could take another 5 days.
