Appalling service

I have been struggling for months now to get them to remove debt review from my name on the system even after contacting the bureaus myself and being told the problem is on the banks side. Being sent from one department to the next to fix something that no one apparently knows how to do it, even when I supply them with clearance certificates and paid up letters. Went into the branch 3 times for a new card just to be told they will send me an sms when i can collect. Never happens. I am really disappointed in the sevice.
