Appalling service

I wrote a review on FNB a few days ago and the feedback I received had nothing to do with my review instead they worked on my partner's account which is linked to mine. I was told about fees and cycles and nothing about my concern, on top of that I disputed transactions on my app and no feedback has been given, when I call them I hold for an hour and then they hang up twice this happened. This is utterly disappointing because I trusted them so much with my money for years and I've convinced a lot of people to bank with them now I'm left wondering if that was a mistake
