Appalling service

I want to let out my frustration as my account had a generic hold court order I went from pillar to post trying to get mere contact person/prosecutor contact details as from my knowledge as ex-employee there would remarks on hogan with such ,I then let it slide took upon myself to go court got magistrate and prosecutor to cancel court order which prosecutor only needed bank statement of other party which she emailed to me I attached the court order signed by magistrate stamped as advised to take to bank but as ex-employee I thought let me email it to bcblegalspport1 added head Virgil McLellan of litigation added Nandi tebata added Mrs Ramsunder got a response after sending bank statement and court order saying prosecutor will need to send that email which I find amusing as I acted as per court magistrate and prosecutor yet still having myself sent the email and branch manager sent it was not assisted I want to share my frustration as an ex-employee and how appalling the service is after using my resources and knowledge to try fix but still I am ready to close my account
