Appalling service
I did a bank transfer from capitec but the account is a closed loan account with fnb. Capitec said I need to resolve with Fnb because they have the money. I have emailed 15 times and visited two branches but was told to go back to capitec. The money needs to be returned.

Kindly be advised that you will need to log a query with Capitec as if the Loan account is closed the funds should bounce back into the account from where it was transferred from if not Capitec will need to check their suspense account.
Apologies for the frustration caused as FNB can not investigate from a Capitec account.
