appalling service

<p>i have experiencend hell with fnb for the past 3months i had to transact using e wallet to get money from my account besides the inconvenience of only being able to get 1500 a day to pay bills rent food etc i had to incur all the charges from them and all late payments made all of this touture because their *********** staff cant get me my replacement card the 1st card was sent to the wrong branch then i went to the woodmead branch to aplly for another 1 to my suprise after a moth they did not place the order today i went again only to hear from the staff member that it was cancelled again i urge anyone concidering switchin to fnb to never make that mistake</p>
