Appalling service for FNB PRIVATE CLIENT

On thursday last week three *****ulent swipes when through my account I immediately blocked my card and proceeded to dispute it online, The system says unavailable, I called the number provided over 5 times that day with no assistance provided. UPTILL now same story.
