Appalling Service

Our company has been assined 2 diffrent personal bankers in less than a year. And to our utter dismay it has gone from bad to worse.

When we actully get hold of our current banker, the feedback we get on any requests is zero. We were under the impression that the reason for the personal banker for our company is to make life easier.
