Appalling practices by FNB and it’s attorneys

Can FNB explain why their attorneys Hammond Pole and Majola Inc is still trying to collect on an account that they have confirmed as settled and closed??? I have a closing statement from FNB confirming this as well as an email from the attorney representative advising the account was closed in September 2019
