Appalling level of service received

I am absolutely appalled at the level of service received from FNB. I have been following up on a query since the 7 th of October on!y receiving feedback when I enquired during this process. I have been a loyal client for +- 10 years. I had an overdraft facility active and as a single mother this really assists me when required. On the 7th October I received a notification of my acc being in excess which I did not really believe as I have an overdraft facility. I followed up with fnb as this was not making sense, I did not receive a concrete response I then proceeded to go into a branch on the13th October, Thanduxolo Swartbooi attempted to assist me. He the called Craig Naidoo ,private banker to assist. I assume a call was logged for this as I left awaiting feedback. On the 17th I once again needed to follow up to which Thanduxolo responded I needed to follow up again on the 18th as he was awaiting a response from the credit department. On the 20th I once again requested feedback to which I was told point blank I was declined. Firstly why was I declined in the first place. I had an overdraft facility , which I did not cancel. According to the Managers I spoke with the facility was paid up , fnb then decided to close the account however did not bother to inform me. They also confirmed that there should have been a communication however there was nothing they could do. Managers liaised with Sonia FNB Cape Road branch and from Premier Private Sindisiwe Mntambo. If it was communicated to me with good reason as to why they are closing the facility, I would then rearrange my finances to ensure I am not in a negative and at the same time protect my credit worthiness. Instead Fnb has exposed me as a client to a bad payment record , at a financial disadvantage at this time of month and forced me into the worst customer journey since the 7 October to date ! My facility was not in a default it was paid up !!! There was no reason for me to apply for the overdraft again as I did not cancel it or default on it. That credit application also affects my credit score ! Fix this Fnb I will go to every possible complaints platform and that is no threat.
