APPALLING FNB SERVICES

WoW! Last week Friday we made changes to our banking business profile we were then gine a number to call to setup business online banking its been hell.

We have been send from pillar to post have 3 case numbers with no efficient assistance worst of all we dont have business online profiles buit yet oney is goinf off the business acoount what kind of a circus is FNB running here.

So appalling and dissapointed as a major bank please do a better, your online service is POOR!
