Appalling customer services

On Monday evening I received a notification saying that I had reserved a purchase on Amazon Prime. However, I had done no thing. I quickly tried reporting the matter as ***** using the FNB app. Just before I completed the report I noticed that It stated that my card would be blocked. Unfortunately I'm currently abroad, so by canceling my card that would mean that I would have no way to obtain money. I decided not to go through with reporting the ********** transaction instead try contacting FNB. I usually dispute my issues with them using the Twitter account, which has been convenient in the past. I've tried contacting them the whole week but they still have not assisted me thus far. I then tried transferring my funds to another account but I then realised that a Soft Block had been put on my card. I can't reverse it b/c the APP doesn't allow me to, in addition, I can't even withdraw money from an ATM here. The only way I can unblock my card is my calling FNB. I'm currently studying overseas I haven't had access to cash this whole week. I've been trying to contact FNB through their Twitter service page but my messages have gone unassisted. This whole thing just started with me wanting to reverse the transaction that had been done on Amazon Prime but it lead to my card being blocked instead. FNB has truly inconvenienced me and I'm utterly dissatisfied, disappointed and perplexed by their service or lack thereof. I'm arriving in SA in July and I will be discontinuing my relationship with them.
