APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received a paid up letter from FNB on the 16th of September 2019, ever since then I have been contacting FNB daily to arrange that the case number, (issued by FNB) be included in the paid up letter as the credit buros are refusing to remove the judgement unless the letter includes the account number and CASE NUMBER. I have a long list of people I have contacted and emailed to no avail. I have even been into the branch and spent over an hour with one of the consultants trying to help me. I find it absolutely disgusting and ridiculous that this very simple request cannot be met. I did not want to post a negative review, but I honestly have no choice as it has been months and it is taking up alot of my time and money. Case number 1625/2015

I received numerous phone calls and messages the day of my above post, all wanting to assist, NOT ONE PERSON, has been able to ADD A CASE NUMBER TO A PAID UP LETTER!!!! How is this possible??? Who drafts these letters? Complete incompetence. I had a woman Laurelene Vermeulen, whom I see also has complaints posted about her service on Hello Peter. I emailed her 7 documents, in order for her to add the case number to the paid up letter, below is her response

That is all, no reason..... Not offering any other form of help. Just we can't provide the Case number on the paid up letter.
It is absolutely ridiculous, FNB was issued the case number when the account was handed over.
I am seeking advice on what steps to follow next as the Customer service at FNB, is appalling.
If you, FNB, decide to contact me could you please put me in contact with someone who is ABLE & WILLING to assist on the very simple request.
