Appalled by the service of FNB

I am appalled by FNB!!!! I open an account online, there is money deposited money into the account and now I cannot access it. They switch my debit orders and I cannot access the account. My card doesn't even work as I need to go into the branch. When I go into the branch they don't allow me to access my account as I don't have my original marriage certificate. Home affairs can only issue it between 2 - 6 months. FNB you are *****ing from me!!!!!! I should have stayed with Nedbank.
