Appalled by FNB service

***NF I am appalled by the service I have received from a bank that claims to help. Besides the fact that I had to fight for months to have my Cashflow relief "sorted" I now get told they are only paying for the monthly interest on my overdraft, not the actual installment, whichbit states in the agreement is one of the installments it will cover. This was the one thing I was most worried about and at no time was I told the installments would not be covered otherwise I would not have accepted. I am appalled that such a huge institution would go back on what is stipulated in black and white. Thanks to FNB my account is in a heavy negative and I am not happy. I wonder if there are other clients who were also promised one thing only for FNB to change their story?!
