Appalled by FNB

i have had since 4th of december 2020 a foreign TR 457 declined, this has been going on almost daily sometimes twice a day for nearly a Year, the amount is R8.50.. what the hell is this, why is it coming off my account, it puts my account into a negative therefore I can not budget as this comes off daily.. and it messes with my credit rating.. i expect answers, this is my account which is meant to keep my money safe then you see **** like this.. who gave anyone permission to go into my account and take the money I worked hard for
