Appalled and utterly DISGRACED with FNB

Can you imagine the in dignity of spending a family member's funeral and preparations moving up and down begging all those you know for assistance, begging the funeral parlor to extend their gratitude already pushed to the limit a little longer, and stress of having to think of the cheapest way to provide something for those in attendance cause, somebody decided they are too bored to be doing their responsibilities. I'm exceptionally disappointed and appalled at FNB and their service, especially given their false advertising claims, of paying funeral policies between 2mins to 24 hours. It's been 10 days since a claim was made and all that has been received is we will escalate the matter. The nerve of FNB to say they are investigating a funeral cover taken by the deceased, coming off the deceased account and having all documentation for somebody who passed away in a hospital, is absolutely DISGRACEFUL. The continued insult after that to take their sweet time, as if people don't wanna bury loved ones as quickly, respectfully and as dignified as possible. Honestly it's ******** how companies are allowed to just not take into consideration, raw human emotions and needs at such critical times. Honestly wish I had also had the insanity to bring a corpse into their offices cause that clearly where their efficient and integrity level are heading.
