Appaling Service from FNB

FNB you have totally lost it. As a debt review customer I was presented with the settlement quote on my revolving loan account and paid up the full amount, been phoning the call centres for close to 2 weeks now asking for a paid up letter on the account, and useless FNB bumped up the prices and is failing to close the account. Besides cheating customers, FNB service is also appalling. Referred the matter to Hellopeter, and still no resolution still on this matter.
