Appaling service
Good day i have to call your call center enquiring about my forex at the Fourways mall branch. i ordered forex last week Saturday and i went to the bank yesterday and they said the bank is closed. i called now and i spoke to Brandon who was not listening to me and he was just transferring me all over the show without listening and eventually dropped the called. He is very incompetenat and he has no telephone etiquite and no customer service skills.
I need my Dollars today becvuase i am travelling tommorow

who mentioned that the four ways branch was open which was incorrect information and she said she could not check if the bank was open, however when we called back and spoke
Mhlangi shabalala and he was able to see that the branch was closed. so what kind of agents do you have working at your call center????????????
