APPALING SERVICE

I Booked a flight ticket via fnb app on the 3-06-2024,to date I have received any confirmation that the flight has been booked,

on numerous occassions I tried contactinng Fnb via securechat , their complaints department and of via the phone the line is constatly ringing and requests that I select an number to be redirected to the revelavent department ,I am travelling on the 6th of June and need confirmation that the flight has been booked or refund so I can book flight with the airline directly ,this is an appalling service
