APP support useless as always.

Trying to dispute a transaction is like pulling teeth in the app, I sent through 3 slips, 2 of failed transactions and on successful.

On my account, it shows only 1 reversal and 2 successful transactions instead of 2 reversals. Amount R92.94 on my credit please get this reversed.
