APP Password Issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im in another country, my FNB Banking App has been blocked. Iv tried to reset my password trying to satisfy all the requirements and still no access to my app… Im stressed out. This cant be happening. Call me +*** im in Dubai.
