App login issues

My FNB banking app won't accept my pasword after i reset it . And now that im trying to reset it again i can't receive an OTP becausr im out of country and i can't get messages with my south african number . I tried reaching out to multiple emails and customer assistance but no one is helping me !? I need my app unlocked ASAP .
