App locks you out of your account and you cant get anyone to help you.

If you lucky enough to have signal when you making payments the App randomly locks you out of your account and wont let you reset your password..

If you call this useless bank they have just have automated responses that lie to you about sending messages to your phone to continue the complaint.

This bank does not care about people and will gladly sacrifice customer service if it means they can save some money.
