**** App!

Pathetic! Their app is ****! I have a business account with this useless bank. I tried to make a payment using the app but it simply says "error". I have tried callingbthem 4 times, no help from FNB! All they can do is put me on hold until the call cuts off!

How do I get my money from them now that the app is not working????!!!!!
