APP duplicate transactions errors and no refund to date

Had duplicate amounts deducted from my account due to the black Friday app issues, to this day the money hasn't been refunded. spent hours calling since Saturday, have been promised to get this resolved and even to be called back for updates by 3 consultants and none of them called me yet. very inconveniencing thinking how I had to spent my money on calling
