App Department Complaint

I called FNB to sort out my app and i spoke to Essop, he cut my call while we were still talking and when i called back they put me to FNB homeloans yet i asked for App department. I can't access my account on the app because they keep changing my OTP number to some number i don't know and when i ask for OTP to be send to my e-mail address they say i chose the wrong selection. I am losing my trust in FNB now!!
