APP bLOCKED

My apps is blocked and online internet banking is also blocked i cant reset my my internet without the app which is blocked..Bare in mind my password and username where all correct and nothing changed now i cant anything with my account ..My ewallet service has been blocked for over a year now and and still no one is saying anything about regardless how many email ive sent .since last. Ive been loyal to this bank for year but lately everything you doing to be is incovienicing me i totally dnt want to keep going to the branch coz i never the get help i need always told to contact the service Centre that never fix anything ..u draining my energy honestly and im happy with ur service at all it dropped drastically .What is the real reason for online banking when nothing onlne never really works
