Apoiling service,no help what so ever from any of there departments

Apoiling service,no help what so ever from any of there departments .After doing a eft to a wrong account number they can't even assist to get the money back .Just have to accept there terms that there is nothing they can do.They need to wake up cause they have lost another customer.
