Apathetic Service

Pathetic Service I ordered a credit card on January 3rd. I was told that I would receive it withing 5 business days. By the 16th of January, I had still not received it and called FNB, only for them to tell me it has been with the courier company since the 6th January. I call the courier (DSV) and the casually tell me they'll deliver it to the branch in the next 2 to 3 days. On Friday DSV tells me the card is in Durban. Today, DSV says it's with the branch but FNB denies this and says it will only get delivered to the branch within the next 2 or 3 days. I am not going to be in the city after today which is why I urgently requested delivery but neither DSV nor FNB made any efforts to deliver a card that was ready by January 6th. It is now January 20th.
