Apalling service by FNB

I actually want to score FNB a zero. I moved my business to Investec because of the poor service FNB offers. My personal loan that I have with fnb didnt go off on 26July from my new Investec acc. I’ve been trying to get my private banker to help me sort it out - today is 14 August, still not sorted. My credit rating is now affected and im labelled as a slow payer due to this. I’ve been on the phone for 30mins now with the loans dept, still NO HELP. Unacceptable!!! So FNB you tell me - where do I get help?! Who at FNB CAN actually do their job, maybe that person can assist me?
