Apalled with services

I recently tried to withdraw funds from my 32 day savings account. The penalty fee has always been R40.00 but today i had to pay R150.00. I am appalled that during this time even the bank is using this world wide pandemic to gain more from their clients... especially from money we trying to save and utilize during this time.
