I have been trying all morning to contact your Corporate division on number *** as advised

After 20 minutes on hold someone answers but doesn’t speak to me

Instead I’m left on a call listening to a conversation and laughter for 3 minutes before they realise someone (ME) is on the call and then they hang up

I urgently need my Tax Invoice which you failed to send our company to submit to SARS

Will someone professional and who apparently represents a professional organisation contact me URGENTLY
