A very special shoutout to a lady by the name of Antoinette Mashinini (no, not the Hector Pieterson older sister). The moment I spoke to her on the phone, my problem was solved immediately. She sounds young and inexperienced. Initially, I rolled my eyes in disbelief. I thought to myself, here we go again. But the way this young lady handled my query, I have to say, she restored my faith in FNB. I hope they do not infect her with the bad attitude I have experienced in the past six weeks trying to deal with FNB to resolve a simple query.
