Answers Needed Please

Lots of calls and long waiting times and even a branch visit can not get a simple answer about a home loan and a bond registration. All the consultants spoken to on the phone could not help (not my job attitude). The branch tried but could also not get an answer from the bank. I also need a list of the conveyance attorneys in the Kempton area as I want to sell my property. Please resolve these simple questions.
