Another useless visit to FNB - 4IR is passing them by!

Just wasted my time - again - at the Dischem Centre branch in Pretoria.

Got an e-mail from the fica department about my business account with a form to fill out. The form would not open on three different computers! Phoned help line and they said save the attachment and then open it. We did, but again it didn't open!! Their advice (in 2020!!!) go to the branch and they can open it for you.

So off to the branch. Waited a seeming age to get served. (probably about 15 minutes). The lady couldn't see on the system what form I had to fill out. She asked I forward the email to her - so I did. The system rejected the forwarded mail. She couldn't help.

The next solution was to phone head office to ask them what form they wanted. They only have ONE phone available in the branch. It had already been busy for ages with a customer. I waited a while, but gave up and stormed out. Heading home to chat here with Peter.

FNB continuously annoy me with their useless service. I have closed all my other accounts with them. Looks like I may have to move this account as well.
