Another useless ebucks rule that makes no sense
So i just noticed this today. As a FNB customer, have you noticed that their ebukcs state Instant Payment and Payshap don't count as a deposit for your Ebucks earn. Customers of yours get paid in Payshap and Instant Payments yet you as a bank are too lazy or too unthoughtful to build the functionality to consider this. Here's another way you are just making customers use legacy applications like EFT just so you can pretend like you are keeping up with the times. Why should customers bank with you, you are just telling me as a person who transfers my funds into my FNB account using Payshap and Instant Payments that it doesn't matter so why should I even consider keeping the majority of my debit orders and funds in my FNB account?
