Another useless bank.

What is it with South Africa banks.? When I visited my local branch of FNB 3 weeks ago regarding an upcoming fixed deposit they informed me I had a week until I made up my mind as to whether I wished to reinvest it or not.This has not happened. Without an E mail or telephone call they have reinvested it for 2 years which I did not want. Unfortunately I'm almost bed ridden so I will have to wait until I have someone to wheel me down to the branch to try and sort it out but I know in advance I will get no where.Time to think of a change of bank.Their lost,I have a lot of money with them.
