Another useless agent f-d up

While I was making a payment this useless asshole block my card and my app He ****ed up so much, he has put me on mute or something, the clock on this call still running one hour and 12 minutes I need to make this payment, he cancelled before I confirmed he could unfortunately I didnt get this assholes name I am passed furious, i am now trying to get the app unblocked Why is fnb so dam useless and not helpful at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
