Another unauthorized debit order of R 129 by procall

Another unauthorized debit order of R 129 by procall went of my fnb savings account on 31 January 2019, to my surprise i have never ever given any information of my account information to anyone or any service provider or to any company and yet here they are debiting. how on earth does this happen? I have called the fnb ********** and have been holding for as long as i can remember. The recorded voice suggested self-reversing the debit order via cellphone banking or online banking or the fnb banking app none of which works. I am also frustrated. Please help reverse and stop this unauthorized debit orders before worse happens.
