Another Poor Quality Chat

A few days ago, one of your agents was unable to answer a simple question. Tonight Bridgette performed no better. I felt like I was drawing blood from a stone. I had to drag answers from her but I still do not really know what I need to know. I might owe FNB money on a virtual card but cannot see if this is the case. I want to pay FNB what I owe but two different agents on two different occasions did not seem eager to make sure I am able to pay FNB anything I might owe.
