Another great day of dissapointment with FNB

Phoning customer service which drops calls constantly ... without resolution

Getting emails saying the problem of 4 weeks have been resolved whike it has not yet been resolved

Pointless phoning *** if they cant assist properly.

Amazing how all the channels of customer service are pathetic ...
