Another FNB mess up
Yet another mess up on my account with FNB! They haven’t contacted me as prouabout my last issue which continues and now sometumote! I do not know who to turn to as all communication goes into a black hole and no body responds despite their promises!!

22 Mar 2023, 12:03Thank you for your reply - unfortunately I am not positive that anyone will actually assist me or even respond from FNB as so far, I have had no response from my other complaints - despite FNB's promises to respond within 48 business hours.
