Another empty promise and frustrating calls

Another empty promise and frustrating calls to get follow-ups.... I wrote a review Friday 10 March and received an immediate messages telling me my complaint is on high alert. "FNB will contact you within 48 hours" up until today 16 March no-one from FNB followed up... I tried their call center just to be placed on hold or being transferred from one operator to the next. No answer yet!
