Another Disappointment in less than 1 month

Despite my FNB Temp Loan got handed over to GL Inc for collection after I couldn't pay due to losing my job, they still went ahead and continue tracking every penny that lands into my account in spite of the arrangements made.<br> <br> I made an arrangement with GL Inc to settle the Temp Loan Account with R2800 that is outstanding and sent them the proof. However FNB went ahead and take this same amount from my account withouth my consent, resulting messing my budget as I have to pay my other debts.<br> I mean, if you have handed over my account, why taking money from my account for because you are receiving all my monthly payment arrangements through GL Inc.<br> <br> Kindly advise a way forward on this coz I need this money today to pay my other debts as I've made arrangements.
