Another department
<p>FNB allowed me to FICA a bond of almost a million rand but refuses to use the same documents to open an account with them. I am able to FICA the purchase and transfer of a property but cannot open an account with FNB despite the FNB appointed bond registering lawyer's affidavit confirming my address. Ridiculous! </p>
